Artist statement: This work is inspired by a poem that I wrote reflecting on love, loss, and longing. The poem is drawn from letters I wrote to my lost love which I never sent. The work explores the chaos of my emotions, my vulnerability and internal conflict. The push-and-pull of wanting and not wanting someone feels deeply human. This is an ongoing project…
